QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND

I have been studied foreign languages since highschool.

I graduated Ovidius University Constanta, Romania, in 2005, where I obtained BA in Foreign Languages - French and Portuguese, language and literature.

I studied the last semester of the 4th year of University - 5 months - in Portugal, at Evora University, with Erasmus-Socrates Programme. The experience of living, working and studying abroad, in Portugal, helped me enormously and developped my portuguese language skills, the ability to work across cultures.

I have been working for 10 years in a Shipping Company in Romania, as Crewing Coordinator. Therefore, I have specialised knowledge in Maritime Industry.

I was authorized in November 2010 as a Sworn translator and interpreter by The Romanian Ministry of Justice to translate for various Romanian state authorities in French and Portuguese, such as The Superior Council of the Magistracy, The Ministry of Justice, High Court, The National Anticorruption Division, police, criminal and civil courts, public notaries, lawyers and bailiffs.
